Senior Manager, Digital Delivery

Senior Manager, Digital Delivery leads planning, prioritization, and execution of digital marketing and web initiatives across the Revance Aesthetics portfolio. Acts as primary liaison between Brand Marketing, Creative, Development, Regulatory, and agency partners to ensure digital programs are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule. Oversees high-volume, multi-channel initiatives and directly manages the Web and Marketing Automation team, driving alignment, prioritization, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing intake and requirements, cross-functional collaboration, creating project plans, governing delivery processes, ensuring regulatory submissions and approvals, QA of final deliverables, and continuous improvement of delivery operations using tools like Monday.com. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience, plus people-management experience.
