Job Summary
Senior Manager, Digital Core - SAP leads the launch and ongoing governance of the SAP Competence Center in Chennai, overseeing governance, operating models, delivery setup, and budgets; manages multi-phase hiring for leaders and delivery resources; provides functional SAP leadership to ensure fit-for-purpose and maintainable SAP solutions; oversees delivery governance, quality management, change control, and vendor management; builds a high-performance team culture and collaborates with global process owners, IT architects, business line leaders, and external vendors to scale SAP capabilities in line with NKT’s global SAP S/4HANA roadmap; position located in Chennai with travel up to 10–20 days/year.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in SAP functional or delivery roles and 5+ years in people leadership
- Experience establishing or scaling a delivery center or competence center
- Solid SAP module knowledge and experience with end-to-end delivery lifecycle
- Experience working in global, multicultural product-based environments
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across the US / Western Europe
- English proficiency at a professional working level
