Senior Manager Design

Conduct and manage planning and design development for all facilities activities, supporting the Director of Facilities Planning & Design and project managers during the planning and design phases. Formulate projects to meet organizational needs while ensuring designs perform consistently with facility requirements, including managing a construction program exceeding $100 million annually with individual projects valued up to $500 million. Prepare and perform presentations to executives and internal customers, leveraging strong problem-solving, decision-making, and business analysis skills. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field, plus eight years of experience in facilities development. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in space planning, building design, construction, and renovation, with proficiency in CAD and CAFM software such as AutoCAD. AIA or professional licensure is required, alongside strong budgetary skills and the ability to work effectively with external vendors.
