Job Summary
Manage planning and design development for all facilities activities, supporting the Director of Facilities Planning & Design and project managers through the planning and design phases. Formulate projects to meet organizational needs and ensure they perform consistently with facility requirements while assisting in managing a construction program exceeding $100 million annually. Prepare and present to executives and internal customers, working with contracted consultants and project design teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, 8+ years in facilities development, and proficiency with CAD and CAFM software. AIA licensure and LEED accreditation are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in facilities development
- Experience working as part of a team and supporting an environment of continuous learning and development
- Must have strong budgetary skills
- AIA or professional licensure
