Job Summary
Monitor business performance against targets, lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, and deliver comprehensive financial analysis across revenue, margins, and utilization. Design improved FP&A processes, build financial models for pricing proposals, and develop strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Conduct monthly financial reviews with business units, analyze client profitability, and prepare projected Profit & Loss statements to drive margin improvement. Lead and mentor a team of four to five finance professionals while participating in business review meetings to provide actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/Chartered Accountant
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and advanced Excel capabilities
