Senior Manager, Demand Planning (Brick & Mortar, E-Commerce)

Job Summary
Senior Manager responsible for end-to-end demand planning for full-price retail boutiques and E-commerce across the U.S. and Canada. Own rolling sell-through forecasts at SKU-by-store level, build demand plans leveraging seasonality, promotions, and store changes, and translate demand into inventory requirements. Lead New Product and Promotion planning, drive S&OP processes, collaborate with Retail Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and FP&A, and monitor KPI performance including forecast accuracy and inventory health. Role involves cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced retail environment with hands-on ownership of demand performance and Anaplan optimization. Requires strong analytical focus, stakeholder management, and ability to balance sales growth with service levels.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years brick-and-mortar retail demand planning experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Advanced Anaplan demand planning (PlanIQ, UX, workflows)
- Proficiency in Excel; Power BI and SQL helpful
- Experience with S&OP processes
- Forecasting at SKU-by-store or store-cluster level
- Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in brick-and-mortar retail demand planning; omnichannel or E-commerce exposure preferred
- Advanced Anaplan demand planning user (PlanIQ, UX, workflows)
- Proficiency in Excel; Power BI and SQL are a plus
- Knowledge of SAP a plus
- Proven experience forecasting at SKU-by-store or store-cluster level
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
