Senior Manager, Demand Generation - Sharegate

Job Summary
Develop and execute demand generation strategies across paid media, AI-powered search, integrated campaigns, and conversion rate optimization to drive qualified pipeline and ARR. Forecast pipeline performance, measure funnel metrics, and partner with Sales and RevOps to maximize revenue outcomes while allocating budgets over $1M CAD. Lead demand planning by coordinating Content, Brand, Web, PR, and GTM teams to deliver measurable business impact, leveraging AI for campaign planning, search optimization, and workflow automation. Manage a high-performing team focused on Paid Acquisition and SEO, fostering a culture of accountability through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience with ownership of pipeline and revenue targets
- Proven success building and scaling acquisition strategies across paid media, SEO, AEO, integrated campaigns, and conversion rate optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience forecasting pipeline, measuring marketing performance, and using data to guide investment decisions
- Experience managing a budget over 1M$ CAD
- Experience partnering across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships to align strategy and deliver integrated go-to-market programs
- Strong people leadership experience with a track record of coaching, developing, and inspiring high-performing marketing teams
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate performance into clear business recommendations
- A builder mindset with a bias toward action, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve campaign execution, search optimization, reporting, workflow automation, and operational efficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Experience marketing to enterprise IT buyers, particularly Microsoft 365 administrators, IT operations, governance, or cybersecurity audiences
