Job Summary
Senior Manager, Demand Gen & ABM responsible for owning marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets, building an ABM program from the ground up, designing integrated multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, events, and executive engagement, and coordinating with product marketing, content, events, and sales to create a cohesive pipeline engine. Will lead target account selection and outreach sequencing with sales and SDRs, define attribution models and pipeline reporting, and drive revenue outcomes beyond MQLs. Requires 7-10+ years in B2B demand generation or ABM, SaaS or tech experience, familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), and strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM roles
- experience in SaaS or B2B technology
- hands-on experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase
- paid media execution across LinkedIn and retargeting channels
- strong collaboration with sales teams and SDRs on target account strategy
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to operate across cross-functional pods across time zones
