Senior Manager - Delivery Lead (Senior Scrum Master)

Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery execution across pods and complex initiatives, translating priorities into delivery plans, sequencing, and forecasts. Establish lightweight governance for planning and metrics review, while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and impediments across platforms and partners. Provide consistent visibility on status, milestones, and forecast health to stakeholders and enterprise partners, partnering with Risk, InfoSec, and Compliance to ensure operational readiness. Contribute to resource stewardship through estimation, capacity planning, and vendor coordination. Participate in chapter activities to share standards and lessons learned, fostering a collaborative delivery culture aligned with IGM values. This role is hybrid, with three days in the office, and requires seven to ten years of progressive technology delivery experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in technology delivery/program execution across complex initiatives
- Delivery planning and forecasting (milestones, sequencing, and delivery health)
- Cross-team dependency, risk, and issue management using influence and structured escalation
- Stakeholder communication and transparency (status, risks, decisions, and trade-offs)
- Experience working in a product operating model or pod-based delivery environment
- Proven success working with geographically dispersed and cross-functional teams, coordinating across multiple regions and time zones

- Experience working with or supporting delivery involving: SAP Data Platform (including SAP data management and analytics capabilities)

- Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PSM)
