Job Summary

Lead and govern projects, features, and service capabilities from demand intake through delivery, ensuring outcomes are met on time, within scope, and budget. Operate as a Release Train Engineer within the SAFe framework to enable planning discipline and dependency management. Act as a Service Manager to establish operational support models, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure reliable service operations. Partner with security, compliance, and risk teams to drive self-assessments, penetration testing, audits, and remediation planning. Define and improve business and engineering metrics related to performance, quality, and delivery effectiveness. Champion the adoption of AI in day-to-day team operations to drive productivity improvements. This role supports the IT Consumer Integration Product Group, which owns enterprise integration capabilities and APIs for internal stakeholders across multiple value streams. The position requires a higher educational diploma and proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives with accountability for financial oversight.

Required Qualifications

  • A higher educational diploma (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, with accountability for initiation, planning, execution, governance, financial oversight, and successful delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and business outcomes
  • Practical AWS knowledge, supported by a proven track record of delivering technology solutions that leverage AWS services and cloud-native delivery practices
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to partner effectively with Engineering teams, Architects, Product stakeholders, and Business representatives
  • Advanced skills in dependency management, risk mitigation, prioritization, and cross-team coordination, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups
  • Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly to both engineering and non-engineering audiences, influence decision-making, and manage senior stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to anticipate risks and dependencies several steps ahead, proactively remove roadblocks, manage ambiguity, and maintain delivery focus in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong service management expertise, including incident management, problem management, operational readiness, service performance tracking, and continuous improvement of support models
  • Solid business acumen in commerce and commercial areas, with the ability to connect technology delivery to measurable business value and customer outcomes
  • The role can be located in Poland or Portugal

Desired Qualifications

  • Exposure to Middleware platforms such as Mulesoft, Kafka, Dell Boomi or Solace is a plus
