Senior Manager, Deliver Operations Planning

Job Summary

Lead global execution of Deliver Operations Planning activities across a multi-region network of distribution centers and transportation partners. Ensure consistent application of established planning standards, effective integration into Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and strong operational performance across service, cost, cash, and resilience outcomes. Monitor planning performance to drive corrective actions, supply and capacity planning visibility, and scenario execution for enterprise decision-making. Own Deliver planning inputs, analysis, and recommendations into IBP processes, including Supply Review and Management Business Review. Represent planning outcomes in leadership discussions and execute approved scenario planning related to allocation, mode mix, and network risks. Lead, coach, and develop planning teams while partnering with Regional Deliver Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to influence stakeholder decisions. This role requires up to 25% domestic and international travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced degree
  • Extensive experience in supply chain planning, operations planning, or deliver/network planning within a global environment
  • Demonstrated leadership in Planning and IBP integration
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Minimum of 6-8 years overall business experience
  • Experience focused on Planning/Deliver/Strategy and management of large programs
  • Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with constantly evolving priorities and tight timelines
  • Validated ownership of IBP process and linkage to P&L/working capital
  • Demonstrated impact in increasingly complex leadership roles, including roles requiring orchestration and leadership by influence
  • E2E mentality and collaboration
  • Strong understanding of core Order Fulfillment processes (Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Up to 25% domestic and international travel

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience operating within complex, multi-region distribution and logistics networks
  • Strong analytical, scenario planning, and decision-framework development skills
  • Ability to translate strategy into standardized, executable planning processes
  • Minimum of 5 years managerial experience representing Supply Chain or a function in Leadership Teams
  • Strong planning and systems understanding with demonstrated track record of execution
  • Critical thinking, learning agility and intellectual curiosity
  • APICS/CSCP/CLTD/CPIM and/or Lean Six Sigma
  • Degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Engineering
  • Supply chain experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
