Job Summary
As a Senior Manager in Deals Advisory - Business Recovery Services, you will provide strategic advice and solutions to clients navigating financial distress and challenging business situations. Key responsibilities include directing teams through complex environments, validating client outcomes, deepening expertise while staying relevant, and initiating coaching conversations. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential, along with a total of at least 6 years of experience in a relevant field. Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
Required Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge on finance and accounting.
- A total of minimum 6 years’ experience in major financial advisory firm, corporate/investment bank, private equity firm, business development/strategy/corporate finance of large corporate.
Desired Qualifications
- A CFA and/or CPA and/or equivalent professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- Excellent in speaking and writing in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in finance and accounting or MBA from Overseas university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.00).
- Experience in Restructuring & Advisory transaction (buy side/sell side).
- Financial modelling skill.
- Project management skill.
