Job Summary
Lead the overarching capability strategy to transform retail network performance across IMG, spanning MEA, Australia & New Zealand, ASEAN, and APDM. Design and execute the dealer training curriculum while managing a team of 4 in India and overseeing 10+ regional training consultants. Align dealer workflows with Ford standards to drive measurable business results for the dealer/distributor network. Report directly to the Dealer Engagement and Experience Director with a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office) and regular domestic and international travel.
