Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the Software Development team in Karlsruhe, focusing on the acquisition, development, and optimization of software solutions for Data Center and Bare Metal operations. Drive the strategic direction of DC & Bare Metal software development while overseeing the full software lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment and maintenance. Ensure technical excellence by defining architecture, coding standards, and best practices, and actively manage performance optimization and risk mitigation for critical infrastructure applications. Collaborate closely with operations teams to guarantee seamless integration and reliability of data center applications.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Bereich Softwareentwicklung
- Führungsposition im Bereich Softwareentwicklung
- Moderne Softwareentwicklungsmethoden (z.B. Agile, Scrum)
