Job Summary
Senior Manager leads and directs strategic initiatives and operating standards for front-of-house or back-of-house areas under the General Manager, with accountability for guest experience, team leadership, financial performance, and operational execution. Responsibilities include delegating managerial duties, analyzing financial reports to grow revenue and control costs to meet budgets, ensuring staff training and appropriate staffing levels, delivering an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games, maintaining safety, and continuously improving operational execution while upholding operating standards. Requires 21+ years, 5+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience, strong COGS and labor management, and the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
