Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of strategic client projects, defining roadmaps, ensuring data governance, and translating complex analytics into actionable recommendations for C-suite stakeholders. Manage multi-account portfolios to optimize marketing spend, improve segmentation, and maximize ROI while driving business growth and talent development. Line manage multiple team members, overseeing performance reviews, succession planning, and retention strategies to build high-performing squads. Represent Ekimetrics externally at conferences and contribute to RFPs and pitches to reinforce commercial visibility. This role requires 9+ years in econometrics or marketing effectiveness, with line management experience and fluency in English. Based in London, the position offers a salary from £98,000 plus bonuses, 25 days holiday, and private medical care.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years' experience in econometrics, MMM, marketing effectiveness, or data science analytics
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field
- Knowledge in Python, SQL, Excel, and visualisation tools
- Deep understanding of econometrics, regression, Bayesian statistics, and advanced modelling techniques
- Proven ability to handle large datasets, optimise pipelines, and deliver high-quality outputs
- Track record of translating complex model outputs into strategic, business-focused recommendations
- Fluent English
