Senior Manager, Data Science - Acrobat & Express

Job Summary
Lead a distributed team of data scientists across the US and Europe to own audience and customer analytics for Acrobat and Adobe Express, analyzing end-to-end customer behavior across the digital funnel from MAU to paywall traffic, conversion, orders, and ARR. Identify actions that drive conversion and guide cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, and GTM to translate insights into strategy. Conduct weekly performance reviews, set funnel goals and leading indicators, and apply advanced analytics including segmentation, forecasting, experimentation, funnel diagnostics, and predictive modeling to improve decision-making. Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product roadmap, marketing strategy, and business planning; communicate with VP-level leaders and maintain analytical rigor and executive storytelling across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field, with strong business facing experience
- 4+ years of people management experience, including leading and developing high performing teams of analysts or data scientists
- Experience leading global or distributed teams, with the ability to develop clarity, alignment, and accountability across time zones
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, subscription businesses, product-led growth, customer engagement, conversion, and ARR-based business models
- Demonstrated ability to connect customer behavior, product usage, funnel performance, and financial outcomes into a clear business narrative
- Experience running business performance cadences, including weekly executive reviews, performance diagnostics, target tracking, and insight generation
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience influencing senior collaborators across Finance, Marketing, Product, GTM, and Sales
- Solid foundation in analytics and data science methods, including experimentation, forecasting, segmentation, and predictive modeling
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, along with experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field required; advanced degree preferred, such as Master’s in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- MBA is a plus
