Job Summary
Senior Manager, Data Quality & Governance USWM leads the operationalization of data governance within data products and pipelines, driving data quality, lineage, and governance across critical domains (Client, Account, Positions, Transactions). Responsibilities include enabling adoption of data platforms and AI-driven insights, designing enablement frameworks and training programs for advisors and leadership, and shaping communication strategies to align business needs with data capabilities. Partners with Data Product, Data Engineering, and AI teams to translate outputs into actionable business assets, establishes playbooks for real-world data usage, and defines KPIs to measure adoption and value realization. The role requires strong understanding of wealth-management workflows, change management experience, and the ability to bridge business strategy with data solutions. Location: Minneapolis, MN, United States; Employment Type: Full time; Salary range: $90,000 - $160,000.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of wealth management workflows (advisor experience, client lifecycle, lending/credit, reporting)
- Experience driving adoption of data platforms, analytics tools, or AI solutions
- Proven ability to translate complex data concepts into business-friendly narratives and workflows
- Experience designing and delivering training, enablement, or change management programs
- Familiarity with domain-driven data concepts and data products
- Strong stakeholder management across business, digital, and technology teams
