Job Summary
Lead enterprise data governance and data quality programs across global teams; define quality frameworks, metadata, access controls, and data cataloging; drive adoption of Snowflake-based data quality capabilities and ensure regulatory compliance and AI readiness across the organization. The role focuses on strategizing and executing data governance and quality initiatives, partnering with analytics, regulatory, and technology teams, and delivering governance artifacts and dashboards for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in data governance or data quality
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Strong experience with data governance, data quality, metadata management
- Experience with Snowflake and data governance tools
- Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python and dbt for data quality processes
- Experience in regulated industries (GxP) and audit readiness/regulatory compliance desirable
- Ability to operate in a global/matrix organization and influence senior leadership
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
