Senior Manager, Data Governance

Senior Manager, Data Governance directing the strategic direction and maturity of the Firm’s Data Governance Framework, embedding governance into business-as-usual processes, driving data quality improvements, and enabling data-driven analytics and AI initiatives. Leads the Data Governance team and governance bodies (Data Governors Board, Data Stewardship Council), partners with Business Intelligence, Knowledge Solutions, and Technology teams to ensure governance is embedded by design, and aligns data governance with regulatory expectations and strategic priorities. Oversees policies, standards, operating models, and controls; defines and standardises the data domain model; drives adoption and measurable improvements in data quality, governance adoption, and data-related business outcomes across regions and functions.
