Job Summary
Senior Manager, Data Center Facilities Engineering leads as the engineering liaison between data center partners and the Data Center Operations teams. Requires hands-on experience managing data center critical systems and facilities, with responsibility for reviewing global and regional engineering plans, meeting capacity targets, and acting as the main escalation point for engineering issues. Must understand data center critical power and cooling, and the IT environment where equipment is deployed. The role involves independent decision-making with direction as needed, driving process improvements and introducing automation to simplify operations. Regular interaction with senior management to align on capacity objectives, and demonstrated success as a manager with strong cross-functional and executive-level collaboration. BA/BS degree preferred.
