Senior Manager-Data Center | BKK03 - DC03

Lead day-to-day operations of the Bangkok data center, ensuring 24/7 availability of critical infrastructure including power, cooling, fire protection, and security systems. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, Emergency Operating Procedures, and Method of Procedures while driving continuous improvement through preventative maintenance. Oversee electrical distribution, UPS, generators, and building management systems, coordinating planned maintenance to minimize operational risk. Lead a multidisciplinary team, manage staffing levels and on-call rotations, and conduct performance reviews. Manage third-party vendors against SLAs, lead incident response and root cause analysis, and chair post-incident reviews. Act as the primary operational contact for customers, supporting audits and coordinating maintenance communications. Monitor operational KPIs such as uptime, MTTR, and PUE, produce monthly reports for senior leadership, and manage operational budgets. Ensure compliance with ISO standards including 27001, 9001, 14001, and 45001.
