(Senior) Manager, Data Analytics

Job Summary
Senior Manager, Data Analytics leads the data analytics function across a portfolio of live service games, managing embedded analysts and building tools/frameworks to deliver sharper insights in partnership with product teams. Responsible for the centralized analytics roadmap (tooling, instrumentation, automation, enablement), prioritizing analytics work, upholding rigorous analytical methodology (A/B testing governance, telemetry design, data storytelling), driving automation and self-serve data access, and establishing knowledge-sharing systems. Requires 5+ years in analytics/data science with 2+ years in a leadership role, strong SQL and modern data-stack skills, deep KPI fluency for live-service games, and ability to guide AI/automation adoption; excellent cross-functional communication. Nice-to-have experience in games/UGC, dbt, and Python.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science
- 2+ years managing or leading an analytics team
- Deep expertise in A/B testing and experimentation (hypothesis design, power analysis)
- Advanced SQL skills and fluency across a modern data stack (data warehousing, BI tooling, analytics engineering)
- Strong understanding of consumer product KPIs — retention, engagement, and monetization in a live service or F2P context
- Experience driving adoption of AI and automation in analytics operations
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Nice to Have: experience in games, live service, mobile F2P, or UGC platforms
- Nice to Have: familiarity with dbt and Python
