Job Summary
Lead the analytics and BI function by defining the data roadmap, mentoring analysts and developers, and managing project prioritization to ensure timely insight delivery. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations through exploratory and predictive analytics while overseeing dashboard development and data governance. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to drive performance improvements and present findings to executive teams. Own BI platform strategy and automation initiatives, ensuring scalable infrastructure and self-service capabilities. Present key findings to leadership with strategic course-of-action recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- 3+ years in a people management or senior leadership position
- Experience in managing cross-functional analytics initiatives
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
- Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker)
- Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms
