Job Summary
The Senior Manager Data & AI will lead the management of Data and AI services and projects, ensuring the achievement of objectives, quality of deliverables, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage expectations, prioritize needs, and maintain long-term trust with clients. The candidate will direct and develop teams of architects and data engineers, ensure delivery excellence, and contribute technical and architectural expertise to complex projects. Active participation in pre-sales activities is also expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Data, Analytics, Cloud or Artificial Intelligence projects
- Proven experience in service and delivery management in complex environments
- Solid technical background in Data & AI architectures (cloud, data platforms, analytics, ML)
- Experience leading senior technical teams and architectural profiles
- Direct experience in client management and consultancy contexts
- Demonstrable participation in pre-sales: estimations, proposals, solution definitions
- Fluency in Spanish and advanced English
- University degree (Bachelor's/Master's) or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as Architect, Lead or Technical Manager
- Knowledge of Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake or other cloud data environments
- Experience in MLOps, Generative AI or data governance
- Cloud or management certifications
- Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
