Senior Manager, Cyber Threat Exposure

Job Summary
Lead, manage, and develop a global Exposure Management team to enhance organizational resilience through offensive security, attack surface management, and continuous validation. Strengthen identification, prioritization, and remediation processes while optimizing global attack surface visibility across IT and OT. Partner with security leadership to drive remediation accountability and define metrics to measure exposure posture with senior leadership. Provide thought-leadership to enterprise-wide risk reduction initiatives and develop and retain a best-in-class cybersecurity team. Requires flexibility to work on-call within a 24x7 operational security capability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, related degree, or measurable knowledge from serving in industry/military/government unit
- CISM, GIAC, CISSP or other relevant security professional certifications
- Minimum 10 years' professional experience working in cybersecurity or information technology
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading operational cybersecurity teams
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams within a large organization
- Strong working knowledge of threat actor tradecraft and mitigation approaches
- Flexibility to work on-call within a 24x7 operational security capability
- Proven ability to successfully collaborate with business and technology leaders and teams
- Strong problem-identification and problem-solving ability
