Job Summary
Drive security strategy and governance for leading financial institutions, coaching a team of consultants. Advise on security strategy and translate it into actionable initiatives and governance frameworks. Lead cybersecurity projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders. Build client relationships, enhance market propositions, and contribute to business development within a dynamic, multidisciplinary cybersecurity team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity/information security within the financial sector
- Experience with security strategy, governance, and operating models
- Strong in stakeholder management and advising at C-level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of NIST CSF and ISO27k
- Familiarity with FS-regulation such as DNB Good Practice, DORA, EBA/EIOPA/ESMA guidelines
- Relevant certifications (CISSP/CISM/CRISC or equivalent)
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a strong plus
