Senior Manager - Cyber Assurance

Senior Manager - Cyber Assurance at Deloitte South Africa drives growth and delivery of cyber governance, control assurance, and cloud security assurance engagements across Azure, AWS, and GCP. The role leads complex assurance engagements, shapes the Cyber Assurance practice, mentors practitioners, and builds relationships with executive teammates, audit committees, and boards. Key responsibilities include originate and convert opportunities focused on cyber governance, control assurance, vulnerability management, and ISO 27001 reviews; lead cybersecurity controls and governance assessments; ensure adherence to ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, Zero Trust, and COBIT; and collaborate with regional/global teams to bring best practices to the Africa market. The position requires extensive experience in cybersecurity assurance and a track record in professional services or consulting, with leadership, stakeholder management, and business development capabilities; professional certifications are advantageous.
