Job Summary

Lead a global team of Team Leaders and agents delivering technical support for IDEXX ezyVet, managing escalations and maintaining client relationships with speed and professionalism. Implement processes to streamline issue investigations, partner with Product and Engineering to define account health indicators, and drive cross-departmental strategic initiatives to address call drivers. Oversee 24/7 global scheduling and organize support based on customer requests while providing live coaching and conducting performance reviews to retain top talent. Navigate operational improvements with engineering to identify automation enabling faster resolutions and ensure proactive engagement with the customer base.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a leadership role, driving customer service and success in a customer-facing organization
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Navigate operational improvements with our engineering team to identify tooling and automation that will both enable faster customer issue resolution

  • Possess initiative, a positive and resourceful mindset, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change

  • This position is based onsite 5 days in Frisco, TX
