Job Summary
Senior Manager - Customer Success at InMobi/Accelerate is responsible for owning end-to-end customer onboarding, guiding partners through setup and adoption of the Accelerate omni-platform, monitoring integration quality, and resolving platform-related issues. You’ll serve as a product expert, translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance, develop best-practice onboarding materials and enablement resources, and partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to advocate for partner needs. The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, retention, adoption, quarterly business reviews, and driving measurable long-term success across AdTech, MarTech, and SaaS platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Account Management, or related field
- Strong understanding of AdTech, MarTech, digital advertising, or SaaS platforms
- Proven onboarding experience for technology-driven products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with ownership and accountability
- Track record of driving customer retention, platform adoption, and long-term success
