Job Summary
Senior Manager of Customer Success to lead and grow a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers supporting enterprise, federal, and MSSP customers. This is a people-leadership role focused on coaching and strategy to ensure customers realize value from NodeZero, drive adopter success, and secure renewals and expansions. Responsibilities include coaching the team, driving adoption and value realization, managing executive relationships (e.g., CISOs, security leadership) with Fortune 500 and strategic partners, enabling expansion, collaborating with Sales/Product/Support, building scalable playbooks and onboarding journeys, and overseeing processes and reporting in Gainsight and Salesforce. Requirements include 7+ years in Customer Success or related post-sales roles in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS, 2–3+ years of direct people management, track record of achieving Net Revenue Retention and gross retention goals, experience managing strategic customers with executive-level relationships, strong communication and storytelling skills, ability to translate customer needs into product feedback, proficiency with Gainsight, Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence, and a Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus). Travel up to 30% required; fully remote with some roles requiring in-office presence in Chicago per hybrid/remote options.
