Job Summary
Senior Manager, Strategy and Transformation Delivery in London (Full-time, Hybrid) leads the delivery of global customer strategy initiatives, translating ambition into actionable plans, collaborating with market unit teams to align local strategies with global priorities, and driving customer-centric transformation across geographies. The role involves using customer insight, performance data and external best practice to identify opportunities, define hypotheses and shape customer-led solutions; driving customer-centric innovation; building a global customer community; and influencing senior stakeholders (up to CEO level) through compelling storytelling and executive-level presentations. Requires experience in management consulting, strategy or customer transformation, delivering end-to-end initiatives in complex, international environments, with a strong data-led approach and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
