Job Summary
Senior Manager, Customer Strategy for Retail Lending in Canada. Leads end-to-end credit strategy design across acquisition, account management, and collections; leverages SQL, SAS, and Python to perform deep-dive analytics on customer behavior, risk, and revenue; develops segmentation-driven strategies, Early Warning Systems, and ML/AI-enabled decisioning tools; partners with Fraud, Product, and Risk to embed risk considerations into frontline processes; designs forecasting, scenario, and stress-testing frameworks; provides portfolio insights to senior leadership and ensures alignment with risk appetite while balancing growth and customer experience. This Toronto-based, hybrid role (3–4 days in office) sits within the Retail Lending team and focuses on optimizing risk-adjusted returns across Canadian personal and business banking portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 8-10 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
