Job Summary

Senior Manager, Customer Insights & Engagement leads analytics-driven insights for the Neuroscience portfolio, partnering with Brand, Medical, Sales, and Access teams to inform brand strategy, execution, and customer engagement. Responsibilities include executing defined analytics workstreams, synthesizing insights from multiple data sources (e.g., IQVIA, SHS, claims, patient chart data, brand performance and promotional data), preparing clear analytical readouts and presentations, and driving adoption of advanced analytics capabilities including AI and machine learning. Collaborates with cross-functional partners to provide data-based inputs for strategic decisions, contributes to unified analytics approaches across Neuroscience, and supports continuous improvement of analytics processes. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required to translate analyses into actionable business implications and to support learning agendas, pull-through actions, and enterprise commercial objectives. Includes leadership guidance to peers and offshore teams on project-based activities; role may involve hybrid on-site and remote work per site-by-design occupancy policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced degree (Master’s, MBA, or PhD) a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics, business insights, or related analytical roles; Neuroscience or CNS experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to translate analyses into clear business implications
  • Experience with complex data sources and analytics tools (e.g., IQVIA, SHS)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic contributor who translates analytics into branding and commercial strategies
  • Customer-focused mindset and understanding of HCP and patient behavior
  • Ability to develop and present data-driven insights to guides brand strategy and execution
  • Proactive in continuous improvement and capability-building initiatives
