Job Summary
Senior Manager, Customer Business responsible for leading end-to-end commercial relationships with assigned customers, driving revenue growth and margin expansion, ensuring forecast accuracy, and executing strategic customer plans. Develop and implement customer-specific strategies aligned to annual operating plans, manage escalation resolutions with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations), and provide actionable insights using data tools (Salesforce, Circana Unify+, SAP, BI platforms) to identify whitespace and SKU gaps. Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize product availability and minimize allocation risk, and maintain strong, strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in customer management, sales, or related commercial functions
- Experience in the retail grocery channel, including Topco, is required
- Proficient in Salesforce, SAP, Circana Unify+, and other BI tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage customer relationships
- Forecast accuracy and demand planning experience (AOPs, revenue, and margin goals)
