Job Summary
Coordinate CUSO FC Governance functions including oversight of the Financial Crime Target Operating Model and production of Risk Appetite Metrics and Key Risk Indicators. Manage annual reviews, internal AML controls, and Risk and Control Self-Assessments while collaborating with U.S. BSA AML Officers to ensure regional execution of the Enterprise Financial Crimes Risk Management Framework. Establish and maintain oversight of periodic renewals and reporting processes to develop efficiencies across CUSO functions. Support the Director, CUSO FC Governance in operational risk, reporting, and governance activities.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of risk and compliance management
- Extensive knowledge of governance practices
- Working knowledge of financial crime related program requirements relating to BSA
- Working knowledge of financial crime related program requirements relating to USA PATRIOT Act
- Working knowledge of financial crime related program requirements relating to OFAC
- Working knowledge of financial crime related program requirements relating to FCPA
- Strong knowledge and experience developing management reporting
- Strong knowledge and experience coordinating management reporting
- Strong knowledge and experience preparing management reporting
