Job Summary
Senior Manager, Cross Border Transportation at ShipBob leads carrier relationships and onboarding, oversees cross-border compliance (USMCA, IOSS), and partners with internal teams to optimize end-to-end cross-border freight. You’ll manage a Carrier Analyst, establish SOPs, negotiate rates, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in carrier flows while ensuring timely customer shipments. Requires 5-10 years in ecommerce/shipping, a Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Business/PM, strong presentation and data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL), project management experience, and ability to travel up to 20% to support international operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Project Management/Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in ecommerce and shipping industry
- 2+ years of experience working with cross border shipments
- Project Management experience required
