Senior Manager, Creator & Content Partnerships

Job Summary
Develop and lead Saje's creator, partnership, and advocacy strategy across influencers, experts, KOLs, affiliates, and employee advocates. Recruit, nurture, and grow a network of authentic brand partners who create engaging content to drive awareness and demand. Partner with Growth, Brand, and Social teams to scale creator content through paid amplification and performance marketing. Launch, manage, and optimize the affiliate program to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue. Oversee the Earned Media Manager on gifting, product seeding, and experiential events. Own relationships with agency partners and creators to foster long-term loyalty. Identify new opportunities through trends and community listening, then track program performance across engagement, EMV, affiliate revenue, and ROI.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, creator marketing, advocacy, social media, community marketing, or a related field in a B2C environment
- Proven experience building and managing relationships with creators, influencers, experts, KOLs, ambassadors, affiliates, community members, employees, and brand partners
- Strong understanding of social media, creator marketing, affiliate marketing, and emerging consumer and digital trends
- Proven ability to develop strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, advocacy, customer acquisition, ROI, and business results
- Excellent relationship building, communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring and reporting on performance
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business objectives into actionable strategies
Desired Qualifications
- Existing relationships with agencies and creators across Canada and the US preferred
- Experience in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, apparel, or other consumer brands is preferred
