Job Summary
Senior Manager, Creative Strategy responsible for turning partnership opportunities in sports and entertainment into inspiring, insight-led creative strategy. Lead early creative development (ideas, not scripts), translate briefs into strategic springboards, and produce compelling decks for senior stakeholders. Requires 7-10 years in creative or brand strategy, experience in sports/entertainment or partnership advertising, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Collaborative with internal teams to shape and nurture ideas, and comfortable presenting to VP/SVP levels. Located in NY or Philadelphia with on-site requirements; remote work not indicated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7-10 years of experience in creative or brand strategy
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or partnership advertising
- Strong writing, deck craft, and presentation skills
- Able to work nights and weekends
- Ability to present to VP/SVP level executives
- Experience leading early creative development and cross-functional collaboration
