Job Summary
Oversee the portfolio of high-impact programs for the Canadian RTE brand (Factor_) to enhance business performance and transform operational capabilities. Own the weekly COGS reporting cycle, lead the COGS Steerco, and manage month-end close reconciliations between Finance and Operations. Identify cost reduction opportunities, apply root cause analysis to waste drivers, and design measurable improvement programs with cross-functional stakeholders. Define data architecture and flows to build supply chain performance, while strengthening offshore team capability and performance management. Address complex problems across business areas, utilizing technical analysis to inform strategic decision-making for executive leadership. Establish robust program governance, coach stakeholders on project management best practices, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities in cost performance and supply chain optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of consulting, project management, finance, inventory, manufacturing, and/or supply chain operations
- strong understanding of financial reporting
- demonstrated capability in handling highly complex programs with significant impact and multiple dependencies
- Strong understanding of costs, budgets, P&L and waste
- Experience managing direct reports and/or project resources within a team setting
- demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and partner with cross-functional leaders to drive performance without direct line authority
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and operations
- High proficiency in utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies and technical analysis approaches to investigate and resolve complex issues
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- Deep knowledge of supply chain dynamics, data frameworks, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, workflow automation)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- advanced operational modeling capabilities to dig into data and pull out clear, concise narratives for the executive team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced, and constantly evolving high-growth environment
