Job Summary
Partner with executive leadership and business unit heads to shape strategic direction, drive portfolio-level initiatives, and build disciplined strategy execution. Conduct rigorous market, competitive, and financial analyses to inform short- and long-term planning, developing business cases and financial models to support investment decisions. Systematically identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities, perform due diligence for corporate development, and partner with leaders to execute large-scale business transformation initiatives. Deliver compelling written communications and present recommendations to the C-suite while tracking KPIs and recommending corrective actions. Requires 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate strategy or management consulting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Significant portion of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to distill complex ideas into concise, compelling narratives
- Ability to present recommendations in an executive setting
- Demonstrated track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder strategy projects from conception through execution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 5 pounds
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
