Job Summary
Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Hybrid work model with an expectation of 2 days per week in an HPE office. Defines high-impact, long-term business strategies at corporate, business, and/or regional levels; partners with senior management to identify opportunities including market development, investment prioritization, and growth strategies (e.g., M&A). Utilizes data-driven analyses to diagnose current state and model future performance, leads cross-functional project teams, and develops recommendations for senior management. Requires experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking, with strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills; MBA preferred. Responsibilities include structuring analytical approaches, developing project strategies, optimizing financial performance, and guiding large, multi-team initiatives while aligning strategy across businesses and regions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, or Consulting
- Typically 7+ years of Consulting experience, Corporate Strategy experience, or Investment Banking experience
- Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and financial modeling skills
- Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and manage multiple work streams
