Job Summary
Lead the corporate financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, planning models, and the Monthly/Quarterly Business Review cycle. Champion the FP&A process and systems roadmap to increase efficiency while developing and maintaining enterprise-wide processes. Support business development and capital markets activities such as warehouse financings and M&A. Coordinate with business units to develop financial models, track KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and identify cost savings. Provide ad-hoc analysis to senior leadership, prepare materials for the board and investors, and oversee a team of one or more. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A
- 7+ years of total experience including investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development
- History of navigating and solving complex and unstructured challenges
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail, with ability to delve deep into the numbers without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and identifying areas for improvement
Desired Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience with financial services and financial technology industries
- Experience with FP&A and BI tools such as looker, Anaplan, Tableau
