Job Summary
Senior Manager in PwC Vietnam Corporate Finance leads M&A transaction projects with support from juniors, under guidance of Partners/Directors. Responsibilities include deal origination, preparing proposals and information memoranda, market research, building financial models and performing valuation analyses, coordinating with lawyers to prepare LOIs and sale/purchase agreements, and supporting client negotiations, due diligence, and deal closing. The role emphasizes independent project management, leadership of a multi-cultural team, and strong communication and analytical skills to deliver high-level financial advisory and regulatory/compliance matters.
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of corporate finance and/or transaction advisory experience with investment banks, consulting professional firms or corporations
- Strong financial background with a solid understanding of M&A processes and familiarity with business valuation and financial modelling
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, strong analytical and evaluation skills, accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of juniors and work with cross-functional professionals including lawyers
