Job Summary
Develop business plans and sales strategies for the general food channel to drive revenue growth and ensure profitability. Lead commercial initiatives and customer presentations while managing RFPs and RFIs for further processing companies. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Service teams to deliver bundled solutions and maintain competitive pricing. Promote the Diversey brand by attending trade shows and cultivating relationships with large corporate accounts. Requires 5+ years of experience in food safety and chemical sales, with a track record in markets exceeding $50M. Valid driver's license and willingness for flexible schedules including overnight travel are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' successful experience in business planning and execution in the Food channel
- Experience in food safety and chemical sales
- Proven track record in a market with revenues of $50M+
- Prior national or major account responsibilities
- Valid, clean driver's license
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including regular overnight travel
