Job Summary
Senior Manager, Core Infrastructure Engineering to lead the Data Center Software and Automation efforts for Oracle’s cloud infrastructure initiatives. The role requires cross-organizational leadership across engineering, product, operations, infrastructure, and executive stakeholder groups to drive alignment, remove blockers, and deliver measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a clear, confident communicator who can translate complex technical and operational issues into actionable decisions, influence across organizational boundaries, and communicate effectively to executive leadership. The leader will combine strong software delivery discipline with the ability to scale teams, programs, and execution models in a fast-moving cloud infrastructure environment, helping evolve software and automation capabilities central to OCI’s global growth while fostering accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
