Job Summary
Senior Manager for Global Payment Operations/GIN product owner responsibilities, bridging stakeholders and technical teams, translating change requests into actionable epics and user stories, coordinating across product owners and senior stakeholders, and ensuring acceptance criteria. Requires experience with GIN application, investigations process, and agile delivery; includes participating in design reviews, PI activities, test scenario reviews, backlog management, daily scrums, and training ops teams on scheduled changes. Strong communication skills and ability to manage governance, risk, and cross-functional collaboration from a Chennai-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in projects or production support activities and/or payment operations
- Strong business analysis, problem solving, quality management and organizational skills
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories
- Experience with GIN application, Investigation process, SWIFT, ISO 20022 formats
- Agile software delivery methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with stakeholding across Tech & Ops
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
