Job Summary
Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement leads initiatives to modernize and improve service delivery through technology, automation, and process innovation. Drives self-service capability expansion, service automation, and service platform optimization to enhance operational performance and user experiences for students, employees, and internal stakeholders. Works with service operations and technology partners to implement scalable, technology-enabled solutions; provides leadership for cross-functional transformation, establishes performance metrics, and fosters accountability and collaboration across teams. Emphasizes data-driven decision making and alignment with university transformation priorities, with travel up to 20% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in service operations, digital transformation, or service platform management
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technology initiatives or service improvement programs
- Experience implementing enterprise service platforms, automation solutions, or digital service capabilities
- Experience supporting enterprise technology environments
- Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements
- ITIL certification (preferred)
- Experience leading service automation, AI, or self-service initiatives (preferred)
