Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement

Job Summary
Lead a team of ZEBS professionals to deliver continuous improvement results and execute cross-functional initiatives aligned with annual strategic priorities. Partner with site and functional leadership to define operational improvement plans, implementing and sustaining Lean methods such as Strategy Deployment, Standard Work, and Value Stream Mapping. Analyze performance metrics including cost, cash flow, and efficiency to translate insights into action plans, while overseeing project plans to ensure alignment and timely execution. Identify risks, remove barriers, and drive organizational participation in lean initiatives to achieve ZEBS metrics. Track and report on KPIs, AIPs, and strategy deployment progress, fostering a culture of accountability and sharing best practices across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Industrial Engineering or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or continuous improvement
- Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering operational improvements
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
