Job Summary
Senior Manager, Content Strategy leads the end-to-end content strategy, infrastructure, and execution for AI-powered search surfaces, builds a multisource content model spanning writers, AI tools, influencers, and SMEs, and drives PR/citation strategies and brand sentiment monitoring. You’ll own the content infrastructure feeding customer-facing tools (CX chatbots, knowledge bases) and collaborate across product, engineering, legal, compliance, and customer experience. Required: 5+ years in content strategy/SEO, deep SEO expertise (E-E-A-T, YMYL, Schema.org), experience with GEO/AEO and AI-ready content, track record of optimizing content for featured snippets and structured data, proficiency with SEMrush/Ahrefs/GC, and strong writing/editorial judgment. Preferred: fintech/regulatory experience, contractor/external partner management, digital asset management, and community management. Compensation: $152,000–$191,000 annually, plus incentive/equity programs. Remote-first work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in content strategy, content marketing, or SEO-driven editorial roles
- Deep expertise in SEO, including E-E-A-T, YMYL content standards, and Schema.org implementation
- Experience with GEO/AEO: creating content structured for LLM comprehension and AI-powered search surfaces
- Proven ability to produce content optimized for featured snippets, structured data, and conversational search
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console
- Experience managing a multisource content model across writers, AI tools, influencers, and SMEs
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and customer experience
- Strong writing and editorial judgment
